Invitation letters will not be sent two months prior to the conference.

Please note: Official invitation letters are only for the Visa Application of the participants abroad.

Please note: Invitation letters do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit INDC to assist you in obtaining a visa. INDC will not pay any expenses incurred by you. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the Czech Republic. It may take additional time to obtain travel documents. It is advisable to start the process early.

Submission Info

We invite you to submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations here.

The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts and reserves the right to accept or reject any abstract. Selected abstracts will be presented as Oral or Poster presentations. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive a notification with the information regarding their presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Proceedings.

 

Abstract registration guidelines

•All abstracts must be submitted through the conference web-page on:http://www.indc.cz/en/registration/abstracts/abstract-registration-form/

•Please select the type of presentation you prefer – poster or oral.

•Authors must fill in the requested information on the abstract registration form.

•After the submission, you will receive an acknowledgement. Please contact the Secretariat if you do not receive the acknowledgement.

•Each author is allowed to submit no more than 2 abstracts.

•Abstracts will not be published if fee payment is not received by the due date or if they are submitted after the deadline.

 

Abstract format

•Abstracts should be about 250 - 300 words length.

•Do not include figures, graphs or tables on the registration form. In case your abstract contains any figure, graph or table, please contact us via e-mail at: info@indc.cz

•The abstract title must be typed in the Title Case.

•Author and co-author names should be presented as follows: first last name followed by initial(s) of the first name, e.g. Smith J, Lee K, Nováková P.

- the presenting author should be typed first.

- do not include degrees or professional titles (Prof, Dr, PhD, MD, etc.)

- fill in first the presenting author´s affiliation and e-mail address.

•After the presenting author´s information, fill in the following fields with the co-authors name and corresponding affiliation or organizations.

- a maximum of 7 authors is allowed.

•Fill in the Acknowledgements Case if necessary.

•Fill in the References Case.

- a maximum of 5 references is allowed.

 

Rejected abstracts will have one or more of the following:

•Insufficient scientific content

•Is not related to the conference topics

•Repetition of poster

 

Abstract submission deadlines:

- Oral presentations: April 30, 2015

- Poster presentations: May 15, 2015
