We don’t accept Online Abstracts
To submit your abstract you must first register for the FENS Forum 2018. Following your registration you will be directed to the abstract submission pages.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the FENS Forum 2018 abstract website following the completion of the registration process.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and cannot be more than 250 words.
Confirmation of submission: After you submit your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email containing the title of your abstract. You can re-enter the submission link at any time to view and edit your abstract until the deadline date.
Presentation format: Authors can submit abstracts for poster presentation only.
Abstract topic: Submissions are welcome in all topics related to Neuroscience.
Abstract title: The title should not exceed 25 words
Body text: limited to 250 words (fewer if a figure is included in the abstract). Abstracts should clearly state: Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears. To avoid problems during submission, please select special characters behind the 'symbols' button or write them fully (e.g. ALPHA)
Graphs and images may be uploaded in JPG, PNG and GIF format only. When including a table it is recommended to save the table as an image and then upload it into the abstract. Please note: word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added.
We recommend using word-processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. Typing your text directly into the field is not recommended. Please be sure not to include extra spaces and symbols, as these are included in the word count.
You will be asked to confirm that you will disclose any conflict of interests in your presentation at the Forum.
Please click "Save abstract" located at the bottom of the 'Overview' page after completing the form. This feature allows you to revise your abstract up until the abstract submission deadline: 19 February 2018, 23:59 hours HAST.
After 19 February 2018, 23:59 hours HAST, the abstracts will automatically be submitted to the FENS Forum 2018 abstracts database and no further changes will be possible.
You will receive a copy of your abstract in the confirmation email, so please save your abstract accordingly for your records.
Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent in April and poster scheduling will be sent in May 2018.

Space Allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. A completed Exhibition Booking Form and Contract must be filled electronically to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Exhibition Booking Form and Contract, space will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent. Please note that three alternative booth choices should be clearly indicated on the application form in the "booking form comments" section. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received.
All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the personal name and the Exhibiting Company's name.
Three exhibitor badges will be provided for every 9 sqm booked.
Please register your staff members receiving the complimentary badges online via the link which will be sent to you by the Registration Department.

Additional exhibitors will need to register as a corporate attendee of the FENS forum, unless the exhibition has an affiliate membership (http://www.fens.org/Societies/FENS-Affiliate-Members/) with FENS. Exhibitor registration allows access to the exhibition area and scientific sessions. an Exhibitor regsitartion form will be included in the exhibitor's technical manual.
EXHIBITORS’ TECHNICAL MANUAL
An Exhibitors’ Technical Manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be available approximately 3 month prior to the Conference. It will include the following:

• Contractor details
• Services available to exhibitors and order forms
