The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach

With its iconic address among the pastel palette skyline of Miami Beach Art Deco hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach puts you in the heart of the chic urban landscape of one of the city’s most fabled neighborhoods. The landmark hotel, designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus in the Miami heyday of postmodernism style, embraces its glamorous past with a transformed contemporary spirit. The art of relaxation is something Miami mastered when the once fertile coconut farms became the playground of the rich and famous in the Roaring ‘20s. And whether your idea of R&R is watching the people action on the beach from a palm-shaded terrace, sipping a handcrafted nitrogen cocktail from a lounge at the edge of the ocean, or losing yourself in the mesmerizing Latin beats of a rhythm massage, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach is one of those luxury hotels that delivers everyone’s South Beach dream.

Located just steps from Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road—a 10-block pedestrian esplanade, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach offers an oceanfront infinity pool, the beachfront DiLido Beach Club, personalized spa services and the luxury of strolling to the best restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping and entertainment that give Miami Beach its sizzling vibe. Relax at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, recognized by readers of Allure Magazine as the Best Day Spa in Miami. Stay fit at the Fitness Center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, personal training, and group exercise classes. Unwind at the elevated outdoor pool and private day beds overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Buy souvenirs at The Signature Shop or  marvel at the hotel's $2 million original art collection featuring established and emerging artists. When it's time to dine, guests have two restaurants at their fingertips - including upscale dining and casually chic oceanfront lounge dining. All guestroom feature contemporary furnishings, iPod docking stations with clock radios,  laptop-compatible safe,  soaking tub and separate stall shower,  bathrobes, fully stocked mini refreshment bar and more.

Run of Standard City/Courtyard View (no balcony) will offer the hotel's choice of  a view overlooking the lights of the Magic City or of the hotel's courtyard. Partial ocean view rooms (no balcony) will feature partial views of the ocean and beach. The hotel is located approximately 13 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA),  32 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and 78 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).  Overnight Valet Parking is available for approximately $27 per day, and $40 for overnight parking.
