The 6th International Conference on Advances in Hematology and Oncology (#ICAHO18) is the premier Hematology/Oncology conference in the Pacific Northwest. It is designed to update healthcare professionals on the latest research and guidelines in the field. World renowned faculties are gathered in the beautiful city of Coeur d\'Alene, ID to present on various topics each year. This year\'s conference will feature sessions on solid tumors, hematological malignancies, and oncology nursing.

About the Binaytara Foundation

Advocate, Educate, Innovate to Improve Healthcare.

The Binaytara Foundation (BTF) is a 501(c)3 non profit established in 2007 with the goal of promoting health and education in resource poor communities. BTF has a special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

MISSION STATEMENT

The Binaytara Foundation seeks to improve healthcare in resource poor communities and improve cancer care worldwide by collaborating with national and international organizations to:   

develop healthcare manpower in underserved areas improve access to cancer care by establishing direct care facilities and services

promote the practice of evidence based medicine by providing research grants to young physicians and healthcare providers in training

improve knowledge and competence of healthcare professionals by offering them continuing educational materials though live and virtual meetings, webinars, and other educational forums.

All accepted authors attending the conference are required to be registered for the meeting and payment must be received by us no later than July 3rd, 2018. If no author is registered for the conference by July 3rd, 2018, the abstract will be considered withdrawn. Click the link below to register if you haven’t done so already:

Abstracts presented as poster or oral presentation at ICAHO 2018 will be published in the ANTICANCER RESEARCH journal. At least one author must be registered and physically present the abstract in order for the abstract to be published in the ANTICANCER RESEARCH journal.  Click here to view the published abstracts presented at ICAHO 2016.

 General guidelines

Abstracts submitted should not have been previously published or presented at another meeting.

Abstracts must be written in the format provided. Click here to download the abstract template.

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words (excluding abstract title, authors, and affiliations).

Abstracts should be written in English.

For both primary and co-authors, credentials along with their full first and last names and email addresses must be included. If co-authors are from different institutions, the secondary institution(s) and the institution investigators are associated with must be listed using a superscript.

For example:  Investigator Names:  Jane doe, MD 1, Jay Jones, MD, PHD2, Danny day, MD3

Institutions: 1) Hills Valley Cancer Institute, 2) River Town Cancer Care Center, 3) Cancer Doctors University

POSTER PRESENTATION TIME AND SIZE GUIDELINES

Poster size – Poster sizes can be up to 5 feet  wide X 4 feet high.

The dates and times for poster presentations are listed below:

Saturday, August 4, 2018 : 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM & 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Sunday August 5, 2018 : 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM.

If you are unable to present posters both days, you must present the poster at both times on Saturday, August 12th. At least one author must be by the poster during presentation hours.

Each poster is assigned a unique poster number; please remember your poster number when you come to present it. Display boards will be assigned based on your poster number. Merit award notification with details about the award, and how to register for the meeting will be sent to awardees by June 29th, 2017. If you do not receive the email about merit award by that date, your abstract was not chosen for the award.
