10th Singapore Allergy & Rhinology Conference 2019
Dear Friends & Colleagues,
On behalf of the organising committee, It gives us the greatest pleasure to invite you to the 10th anniversary of the Singapore Allergy and Rhinology Conference (SARC) and the 6th SARC FESS Workshop.
As we celebrate the a decade of excellence, we want to express our gratitude for the dedication and support of our faculty from renowned institutions, both regional and from around the globe. As the leading forum on Allergy and Rhinology in the region, both faculty and participants have come to expect a combination of outstanding didactic lectures as well as exciting panel sessions where varying and differing opinions on the most pertinent topics in the specialty are discussed. Additionally, we continue to encourage academia through the research competition, with the aim of nurturing a future generation of rhinologists and allergists.
Without a doubt, the SARC FESS & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery (ESBS) Workshop is one of the highlights of the programme for many. With the very best of international faculty, we strive to offer the opportunity for participants to learn from leaders in the field. As always, we remain committed to close mentoring during the workshop; for this, we have much to thank for the dedication of all our faculty, not least our local and regional fraternity.
Due to the growing importance and awareness of sleep disordered breathing (SDB), we are proud to present the inaugural SARC Sleep Surgery Workshop. In addition to lectures, panel discussions and cadaveric dissection, the course will include mini-symposiums on polysomnogram interpretation and positive airway pressure therapy. Reflecting the multi-faceted nature of patients with obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), we welcome faculty and participants from across disciplines for an exciting and enriching programme.
As the 10th SARC approaches, we encourage you to keep your eyes on the website for updates in the programme. We hope you will also help us to spread the message and look forward to seeing you in Singapore in 2019!
