For Local Participants

Rates for local participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 18%). Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment. 
The charge will be made in NIS and according to the rate of exchange on day of transaction. 
Eshet will not be able to guarantee rooms after Oct 21th, 2014. 

Cancellation Policy

  • All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Eshet Incoming.
  • Please do not contact the hotel directly.
  • Cancellations/changes received up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less USD 40 handling fee.
  • Cancellations/changes received between 29 to 14 days prior to arrival - 1 night cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations/changes received less than 13 days prior to arrival - no refund.
  • In the event of non arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.

Late Arrival / Early Departure Fee

If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
