The South Beach Symposium has arranged a special attendee rate of $359/night for single and double occupancy at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Rates are subject to daily state and city taxes per room, per night. All hotel arrangements must be made directly through the South Beach Symposium office. No reservations will be taken by the hotel. Please be sure to fill out the hotel information on the registration page when registering for the symposium.
Room specifications must be received by the South Beach Symposium office by January 8, 2014. After this date, hotel availability and the discounted room rate cannot be confirmed. All reservations require a credit card guarantee of one night's room and tax as deposit and will be charged after January 8, 2014. Every effort will be made to fully accommodate you, however it is not guaranteed. Should the host hotel be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will be automatically confirmed in the next available hotel.
Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent one month prior to the symposium and will be sent via email from the hotel to the email address that was provided on your registration form.
