Special rates starting at $279 per night (plus tax and service charges) have been secured at the Westin Grand Cayman Hotel for participants of the CARIBBEAN DERMATOLOGY SYMPOSIUM.
There are three categories of rooms available in the room block for the CARIBBEAN DERMATOLOGY SYMPOSIUM: Island View, Partial Ocean View and Ocean/Pool View.
All rooms are the same size and have the same features and appointments, but views differ by category. Rooms are limited, so to assure your preferred room type, we advise making your hotel reservations as early as possible. A SELL-OUT IS EXPECTED. You must register for the CME conference to qualify for these special rates. A MAXIMUM OF TWO ROOMS PER REGISTERED ATTENDEE IS PERMITTED.

Submission Info
Morning and midday slots are available on a first-come, first served basis. Right of first refusal (based on a specific time limit) is offered to companies who have contracted for a promotional slot in a previous year.
Exhibits
Sponsors of Product Theaters/Promotional Symposium must also contract for an exhibit booth.
Program Development and Delivery
Global Academy for Medical Education must approve the topic, which should be of benefit to the attendees of the conference.
Time
Product theaters/independent promotional symposia are 30-45 minutes in length and must conclude at the time provided. The room location for the event will be determined no later than 2 months prior to the event.
Independent
Global Academy for Medical Education/SDEF is not involved in the content or development of this CDE. The sponsor is responsible for any faculty costs and arrangements relating to the promotional symposium, including travel and honorarium for the symposium.
These symposia are independently organized and are an official part of the conference. CME/CE is not provided for the symposium. A specific disclaimer is provided and must be displayed on all materials.
Review Process
If Global Academy for Medical Education decides that substantial duplication or overlap of program materials exists among two or more proposed Sponsored Symposia, priority will be based on the date of approval by Global Academy for Medical Education.
Registration
Meeting registrants will be invited to attend all Sponsored Symposia free of additional charge.
Failure to Follow Policies
Sponsors who fail to adhere to the policies set forth with be subject to cancellation of their Satelite Symposia.
