Skin Disease Education Foundation (SDEF) presents the16th Annual Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar, November 5-November 7, 2015 at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas. Nationally known leaders in the field of dermatology will present recent advances and emerging trends in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients with skin diseases. This highly scientific 3-day CME/CE conference features key clinical topics such as acne, rosacea, AK, BCC, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, eczema, as well as clinical cases and key topics in aesthetic dermatology.
SDEF’s Psoriasis Forum is now in its 12th year. This in-depth, comprehensive program is featured on day 2. Discussions and interactive panels and cases covering current and emerging biologic and topical therapies for the treatment of psoriasis are featured throughout the day. Increasing numbers of physicians have demonstrated a commitment to learning about and using biologics, as well as more potent topical medications, to help patients achieve optimal control of their disease.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts to be considered for posters at the 16th Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar. Posters can only be submitted by registered attendees.
Please use the Abstract Form and Disclosure Form (click the link), and complete the payment form as appropriate.
Please save your copy of the completed form using the corresponding author’s last name and a two-word description of the abstract.
Submit your completed form to email@example.com as an email attachment by September 21, 2015.
Please put LasVegas 2015-Abstract in the subject line of your e-mail. The body of your e-mail should include the corresponding author’s last name and phone number, the date, and the title of the abstract.
Acknowledgement and Notification: The acknowledgement of receipt shall be returned to the presenting author.
Notification of acceptance or refusal for presentation will follow after the poster has been peer reviewed.
Acceptance is at the discretion of the Chair and Co-Chairs.
Industry-Sponsored Abstracts: The fee for submitting industry-sponsored abstracts is $395 per abstract.
