Skin Disease Education Foundation (SDEF) presents the16th Annual Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar, November 5-November 7, 2015 at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas. Nationally known leaders in the field of dermatology will present recent advances and emerging trends in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients with skin diseases. This highly scientific 3-day CME/CE conference features key clinical topics such as acne, rosacea, AK, BCC, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, eczema, as well as clinical cases and key topics in aesthetic dermatology.

 

SDEF’s Psoriasis Forum is now in its 12th year. This in-depth, comprehensive program is featured on day 2. Discussions and interactive panels and cases covering current and emerging biologic and topical therapies for the treatment of psoriasis are featured throughout the day. Increasing numbers of physicians have demonstrated a commitment to learning about and using biologics, as well as more potent topical medications, to help patients achieve optimal control of their disease.

Attendees may call Hotel at 866-227-5944 on or before October 4, 2015.  Individuals must identify themselves as part of Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar to receive the group rate.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge.  If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.

Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.  Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled.  It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.  Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.
