Authors are invited to submit abstracts to be considered for posters at 17th Caribbean Dermatology Symposium. Posters can only be submitted by registered attendees.

To submit your abstract(s), go to http://www.editorialmanager.com/scms/default.aspx and register as the corresponding author. This website is the journal submission site for Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, the indexed journal publishing the accepted Hawaii Dermatology abstracts. There is a link on the lower left hand side of the login page under Abstract Submissions Process and Guidelines; these are easy-to-follow instructions on how to submit the abstract.

Note that the credit card authorization form, available on the abstract submission website, should be emailed to t.rillo@globalacademycme.com. You will not be charged for your abstract until it has been accepted.

Submit your completed abstract http://www.editorialmanager.com/scms/default.aspx by 11/17/2017. You will receive confirmation of your submission through the abstract submission website. The acknowledgement of receipt, acceptance or rejection shall be returned to the person listed as the corresponding author.

Notification of acceptance or refusal for presentation will follow after the poster has been peer reviewed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the meeting Chair and Co-Chairs. Accepted abstracts will be published in an issue of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, an indexed publication.

Poster specifications

Please note that due to space limitations at the conference host hotel, posters must be on a foam core or other rigid backing so that they may be placed on an easel.  The maximum size per poster is 48" x 48".  Poster boards are not available and posters may not be hung on the walls of the hotel. Please plan accordingly.  If you would like a recommendation on a vendor to work with  for the foam core style, please contact Terrie G. Rillo at t.rillo@globalacademycme.com.
