Clinical & Translational: 4 Main Tracks

The ISA2015 committee has designed a scientific program that will address all relevant topics and developments in atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. ISA 2015 will explore four relevant themes: Dyslipidaemia, Pathogenesis, Prevention and Epidemiology of Atherosclerosis.

Sessions and Satellites are offered in 4 important global languages (English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish), since CVD is the leading cause of death and disease in each and every country of the world. On this website you can read a comprehensive description of each hotel, including photos, a map of Amsterdam and ‘How to come to the Amsterdam RAI’ and you can book your hotel room online and receive a direct confirmation.

Critical Dates for the submission of abstracts

• Abstract Submission Deadline Monday 15 December 2014
• Presenter Notification Friday 9 January 2015
• Presenter Registration Deadline Friday 30 January 2015Registration for the special fee for abstractpresenters will be available after the presenter notification, mid january. 

Presentation Methods

During online abstract submission, authors will be requested to select their preferred method of presentation at the Symposium.

• Oral Presentation: 10 minute oral presentation (excluding question time) within the X-Change sessions.
• Mini-Oral Presentation: 5 minute mini-oral presentation (excluding question time) in the Rapid Fire Arena.
• Electronic Poster Presentation: Electronic poster presentations, might contain up to 10 Microsoft PowerPoint slides, to be displayed in the I-Poster Area.
• Moderated Poster Presentation: A selection of Electronic Posters will be selected for a moderated poster session

Presentation method preferences will be taken into account during the review and program development process.

As the translation of atherosclerosis research into Novel therapies for humans is a main theme of the congress we offer innovative industry partners different platforms to exchange ideas and experience with the participants of the meeting. These interactive meetings are therefore an additional reason to support ISA2015.

Our Innovation theatre is centered in the exhibition area. ISA2015 welcomes and stimulates innovative industry partners to share novel insights from clinical development and to engage participants in the future management of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.

In our Innovation Grounds we offer industry partners involved in early stage development of novel therapies to take advantage of the presence of our international experts and discuss novel developments in research in closed sessions.
