Dear Colleagues,

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 17th Nordic Congress on Cerebrovascular Diseases (Nordic Stroke 2013), which will take place on August 21-24, 2013 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We hope that the Nordic Stroke 2013 will continue the tradition to serve as a stimulating forum for the international exchange of knowledge and closer collaboration between specialists of cerebrovascular disease - neurologists, neurosurgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, general practitioners as well as other health professionals around the Baltic Sea. Lectures given by outstanding keynote speakers, scientific sessions and symposia of Nordic Stroke 2013 will present an overview of the latest clinical developments and achievements in epidemiology, diagnosis, management, prophylaxis and rehabilitation of stroke in different countries. 

Vilnius, the host city of the Congress, is the historical capital of Lithuania and dates back to the 14th century. It‘s remarkable old town has been awarded the status of World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Today Vilnius is a modern and bustling European city, with excellent facilities for conferences, a big range of quality hotels at reasonable prices and a very friendly and open population. We hope that friendly atmosphere of the modern city will fascinate you and leave you with unforgettable experience.

Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Congress participants. It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are provided to the Congress Secretariat. We cannot guarantee availability later than 30 days prior to the Congress. We will, however, make every effort to comply with your request

Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. ViaConventus will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.

Credit Card Guarantee

The credit card information you provide regarding the accommodation will be used only to guarantee your room reservation. Payment for the accommodation is made directly to the hotel upon check-out. Free cancellation and the change of reservation is possible 45 days before the congress. If cancelled or changed later, the first night will be charged from your credit card. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
