CHRO 2015 will be held in the beautiful spa town of Rotorua in New Zealand from 1-5 November 2015. Rotorua offers a stunning natural environment for the conference and activities for all to enjoy, as well as state-of-the-art conference facilities and accommodation to suit every budget.

Abstracts should be written in English and use standard abbreviations. A special or unusual abbreviation must be placed (in round brackets) after the first appearance of the word for which it stands. The online abstract submission procedure will not accept abstracts that exceed 250 words.
In submitting the abstract, authors confirm they have adequately reviewed this abstract, that it conforms to the guidelines and that all information is correct as of the time of submission. Authors must accept that the contents of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after submission and that accepted abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.
Authors agree that submission of the abstract constitutes consent to publication (e.g. conference website, programme, other promotions, etc.).
Authors confirm that the material presented is owned by them and/or have the rights of all the information and content provided to CHRO 2015. The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
Authors grant the CHRO 2015 organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and/or display the Content.
The CHRO 2015 organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.
The submitting author confirms that the contact details as submitted are correct. These details will be used for further communications on the status of the abstract. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring consent of the other coauthors to submit, and further communication to the other authors about the status of the abstract.
Submitting authors will receive confirmation by e-mail that their submission has been received. They will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers (CHRO committee members and/or external reviewers as appropriate) and notification of acceptance (or otherwise) provided by 10th June 2015.
Presenting authors must register for CHRO 2015 by Monday 31st August 2015 or advise the organising committee of withdrawal or an alternate presenter by this date. Registration guarantees publication of accepted abstracts. Authors with accepted abstracts are entitled to the early registration fee if registered before Tuesday 30th June 2015. If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author or a substitute who is also named on the abstract must attend the congress and present it in person. No refunds will be given to authors that withdraw abstracts after Monday 31st August 2015 or that do not attend the session for which he or she has been scheduled.
Students wishing to apply for one of the CHRO 2015 international attendance grants please mark the appropriate field in the abstract submission section. These grants are strictly limited to 12 and will contribute $666.00 NZD towards registration for the conference. The decision of the awarding panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Authors may request their work be presented in oral or poster format, however the organisers reserve the right to assign the abstract as an oral or a poster presentation, or to reassign the abstract to a topic area other than indicated by the author.
The review committee's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
