The Organizing Administrative Bureau has reserved an adequate number of rooms in Divani Caravel Hotel (symposium venue) at special rates for the participants for the period of May 22-24, 2014.

Conferre Ltd has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for LIVE 2014 and will handle all related arrangements.

For Group Bookings

Companies, who wish to invite participants to LIVE 2014, should apply directly to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau and send their requests by (info@conferre.gr).

For individual booking

All participants can book for their accommodation during LIVE 2014 through the website by downloading, completing and sending the Accommodation Form below to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat, Conferre Ltd, by email (info@conferre.gr) or fax (+30 26510 68611).

Requests will be served on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. We strongly advise all participants to request for accommodation booking as soon as possible. The Organizing-Administrative Bureau will not be able to guarantee rooms after April 15th, 2014.

Α copy of the bank remittance should be sent by e-mail (info@conferre.gr) or fax (+30 26510 68611) no later than 5 days after our receiving of the Accommodation Form. After this period your booking will not be processed and the room will be cancelled. 

Upon receipt of the full payment and within five (5) days you will receive the confirmation of your booking by email or fax (Should you not receive this confirmation please contact the Secretariat (info@conferre.gr))
Further Details:

For any written cancellations of rooms sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau:

  • Before & on 28/02/2013: there will be full refund
  • From 01/03/2013 until 31/03/2013: one night cancellation fee/per room
  • From 01/04/2013 & onwards: there will be no refund
  • All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Conferre Ltd. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
  • Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.
  • In case of non-show, the hotel will automatically release the room and the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
  • If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your Accommodation Form, the total amount paid will be non-refundable.

Each accommodation form corresponds to one individual reservation. If you wish to reserve for another room, you should complete another form.
