2015 AUSTRALIAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SOCIETY (APS) COLLEGE OF FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGISTS CONFERENCE
The 2015 Forensic College Conference will be hosted in Sydney NSW from Thursday 16 to Saturday 18 April 2015. The theme is Justice Reinvigorated: Strengthening contributions from Forensic Psychology. The conference will focus on integrating the different perspectives not only of survivors and offenders, but across the divide of psychologists who work at different levels in the justice system - as court experts, within policing, involved in treatment of offenders and victims, and who work in academic and applied settings. The venue is the Sydney Masonic Centre which is conveniently located near a range of accommodation and transport. There will be a range of international and domestic speaker as well as a number of skills based workshops. The main aim of this conference is to translate the growing evidence base within forensic psychology into on-the-ground forensic practice. Be a part of this exciting event!
