PREPARATION OF THE ABSTRACT
– The deadline for abstract submission is May 11, 2016.
– Abstracts must be submitted online, abstracts sent by email or fax will not be taken into consideration.
– Abstracts must be submitted in English.
– Encore is accepted.
– Written guidelines:
Upload rtf or doc documents in English. Font: Times New Roman, 12
do NOT exceed 2500 characters, including spaces;
do NOT use ‘symbol font’, please spell out Greek letters and avoid using other symbols;
do NOT include tables, figures or references;
do NOT use paragraphs, indentions or tab stops in the text body;
do NOT repeat author names or affiliation in the text body.
All the abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in the text, e.g. Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Do not define abbreviations in the title.
– A selected number of abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation based on their scientific merit and relevance to the abstract topics.
– Please make sure your correct email address is entered when you submit your abstract.
– Please check your abstract carefully before clicking ‘I Approve my submission’; once the abstract is submitted, it will not be possible to make corrections.
– The presenting author MUST register in order for the abstract to be reviewed. You can pay later by choosing ‘bank transfer’ as payment method. (you will be able to pay the Early Bird fee (if registered before April 1, 2016) or Standard fee (if registered after April 1, 2016) after the abstract decision).

– All the abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and some will be selected as oral presentations and others as poster presentations
