MOC STATEMENT

Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 39.25 MOC points and 1.50 patient safety credits in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. RISK MANAGEMENT

This activity meets the criteria of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 13.50 hours of Risk Management Study. This includes 3.75 Credits of Opioid Education and Pain Management Training and 2.25 Credits of End-of-Life Care Studies. Please check your individual state licensing board requirements before claiming these credits.

CANADIAN ACCREDITATION
