The Symposium has requested the accreditation of the Consell Català de Formació Continuada de les Professions Sanitàries. 

   

The Symposium has requested the accreditation of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and its certification to those who attend the symposium. The EACCME is a institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). 

The EACCME CME credits are directly recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) in 9 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.

The documentation you need to enter Spain will depend greatly on where you are coming from:

Your stay may not exceed 90 days.

  • If you are coming from any other country, in accordance with EU regulations, you must apply for a visa at the Spanish Consulate for your country. You must also show an official passport. In this case, Spanish authorities may require proof of accommodation, reservation confirmation by an official travel agency, a return ticket, tour agenda, or personal invitation. Likewise, you may be required to provide proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Spain. As the conditions stated above may vary, in case you need a visa please contact the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence to ensure you meet all requirements before traveling.
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a visa if necessary.

For cancellations or name changes should be contacted in writing with the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciència.
  • Up to December 13th will be refunded the full amount less 30 euros for administrative costs
  • From December 14th to February 14th will be refunded 50% of registration.
  • From the February 15th, cancellations wiil be not accepted but name changes will be accepted until March 1st.
