You are welcome to stay at the Hilton Tel-Aviv Hotel, situated on a cliff overlooking the vibrant Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is bordered on three sides by the Independence Park, and overlooks the lively and exciting marina.

Hotel reservation can be made during conference registration

Official check-in time for the hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon.

We highly recommend that all participants reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively full payment is forwarded by bank transfer.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding full payment.

Please note: Rates for local participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 18%). Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment.

The charge will be made in NIS and according to the rate of exchange on the day of transaction.

Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes Israel.

• Cancellations/changes received up to June 15^th, 2014 - full refund less 40 USD handling fee.
• Cancellations/changes received between June 16^th – July 31^st, 2014 – 40% cancellation charge.
• Cancellations/changes received less than later than August 1^st, 2014 – no refund.
• In the event of non arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.

If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
