he 24th Biennial Meeting of the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development will be held in Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania on 10-14 July, 2016. The ISSBD 2016 Local Organizing, National Advisory and International Program Committees, Mykolas Romeris University are delighted to invite you to attend the first ISSBD conference in Eastern Europe. ISSBD 2016 will feature an exciting scientific program, delivered by scholars and students conducting research on human development across the lifespan. In addition to enjoying the superb scientific content, we hope attendees and their families will explore the contemporary, culturally vibrant city of Vilnius as well as the spectacular beauty of Lithuania - Europe's best-kept secret. With a growing ISSBD membership representing at least 60 countries around the world, we look forward to scholarly exchange on a diversity of developmental topics from infancy to late life.

New multidisciplinary international journal "Social Inquiry into Well-Being" is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles related to all aspects of well-being. SIIW launches its first issue on Mykolas Romeris University platform (https://www3.mruni.eu/ojs/social-inquiry-into-well-being/index) and moves to Elsevier publication platform starting with the second issue. All papers published in SIIW from its first issue will be indexed in Scopus. Authors are welcome to submit an article to the new international journal "Social Inquiry into Well-Being". Full manuscript submissions should be submitted electronically to our Manuscript Submission System (for detailed instructions to authors visit the journal’s website – see link below). All manuscripts will undergo the regular peer review process.
