Event Overview
Welcome message:

It does not seem very long ago that we were enjoying the hospitality of Toulouse for ERS 2012. However, we now have something new and exciting to look forward to in June 2014 when ERS will be hosted in Amsterdam.

Many people may be familiar with this beautiful and historic capital of the Netherlands, famous for its art, architecture, canals and café society. But most importantly Amsterdam has been chosen to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the European Rhinologic Society, whose first meeting was organised in the Netherlands by Professor Van Dishoeck in 1963.

Under the leadership of Professor Wytske Fokkens, we can anticipate a full and stimulating programme covering all aspects of rhinology from allergy to skull base surgery, from rhinoplasty to rhinosinusitis, taking in cutting-edge technology and state of the art basic research along the way. Visitors can be assured of a scientific and social programme to satisfy all interests, excellent facilities and accommodation and above all, a warm and relaxed welcome in the realm of Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Vermeer to name but a few.
