As soon as Mondial & Cititravel Congresos has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be e-mailed. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of your stay. Hotel bookings will be handled on a “first come –first served” basis. If the hotel category requested is no longer available, Mondial & Cititravel Congresos will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price and category.
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to Mondial & Cititravel Congresos.
Until January 21, 2015, cancellations can be fully refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 45,00. From January 22, 2015 to February 21, 2015 there will be a refund of 50% in respect of room/nights cancelled. From February 22, 2015 to March 22, 2015 there will be a refund of 25% in respect of room/nights cancelled. From March 23, 2015 to April 7, 2015 there will be a refund of 10% in respect of room/nights cancelled. For cancellations received after April 7, 2015 or no-shows, payments cannot be refunded.
Reimbursements will be done after the conference.
