The selected hotels have limited capacities. It is recommended to make your hotel booking as early as possible. If the desired hotel/ category is already fully booked, MCI Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to arrange accommodation in another hotel/ category. All changes and cancellations are to be made in writing and addressed solely to MCI Deutschland GmbH. In case of partial or full cancellation of the hotel reservation before 07/11/2012, a handling fee of ? 40,- per person will be charged. Thereafter and until 05/12/2012, 50% of the cancelled hotel nights will be charged and one night as a minimum. In case of cancellation or no-show without prior notice after 05/12/2012, all booked hotel nights will be charged. The right to the booked hotel room expires the following day at 9 am local time. A ? 30.– handling fee per person will be charged for changes in hotel reservations. The hotel is reliable for damages if the reserved room is not made available. To secure adequate overnight capacities, hotel rooms for the meeting had to be contracted long time in advance. Hotels may publish online or last-minute promotion rates for a limited number of rooms which may vary from the prices contracted for the meeting.

Editorial Guidelines for Presented Content:
Selection of Oral Abstract Presentations and Poster Presentations The scientific organizing committee will review all abstracts for poster presentation. Additionally, the highest scored and most relevant abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation (10–15-minute increments). All abstract submitters must be available to present at the congress between the dates of February 6–9, 2013. Official details will be sent in the notification e-mails. Authors are expected to disclose any real or perceived conflicts of interest.
