The 36th Annual “Advances in Trauma” conference sponsored by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, Region 7 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska) will be held on December 6–7, 2013 at the Westin Crown Center Hotel, Kansas City, Missouri.

The seminar will benefit Trauma Surgeons, Emergency Physicians, General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Primary Care Physicians (who care for injured patients), Surgical Residents, Trauma Nurses, Critical Care Nurses, and Trauma Coordinators. Highlights will include a Keynote Lecture by Dr. Don Trunkey and a talk titled “Civilian Peripheral Vascular Injuries: Who Should Repair Them and How” delivered by Dr. Peggy Knudson.
