The rates start at $263.00 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees (the resort does not charge a resort fee). These rates are available three days before and after the conference if you would like to extend your stay.
Due to the popular demand for this conference and resort, the room block for this conference has been selling out quicker than expected over the weekends. When this occurs, hotel management has been instructed to increase the block. Deadline for hotel reservations has been extended to January 5, 2015. However, the resort may be sold out before this date. We recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible.
When you call the resort, please reference Continuing Education Company and Code CEC to receive the group rate. Please inquire about any additional resort fees, early departure fees or cancellation penalties when making reservations. The Resort requires a deposit equal to the first night stay plus tax to hold the reservation. Any room cancellations or modifications must be made up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.
