Continuing Education Company has been organizing its' Primary Care Conference Series for the past 23 years. The Essentials in Primary Care CME Conference is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. The emphasis is on practical and useful information for clinical practice. Join us this February when we hold the Essentials in Primary Care Winter CME Conference in Marco Island on the Paradise Coast of Florida.

Program Objectives

As a result of this conference, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the clinical presentation of the common disorders seen in the primary care.
  • Identify the role of the family physician in the management of these common problems.
  • Utilize current advances in the diagnosis and treatment of these common problems, using whenever possible, an evidence-based approach.
  • Interact and question nationally acclaimed speakers on a variety of common clinical scenarios from medical practice.

One Bedroom Suite: $444.00 plus tax

* Deluxe category of rooms are closer to the Gulf, offering a wider view from the balcony.

The rates start at $263.00 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees (the resort does not charge a resort fee). These rates are available three days before and after the conference if you would like to extend your stay.

Due to the popular demand for this conference and resort, the room block for this conference has been selling out quicker than expected over the weekends. When this occurs, hotel management has been instructed to increase the block. If you are unable to obtain the group rate for any room category that is not sold out, we recommend to try again within 24 hours or email us, indicating your arrival date and check out date, as well as a phone number. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can assure you it will be worth it!

Deadline for hotel reservations has been extended to January 5, 2015. However, the resort may be sold out before this date. We recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible.

When you call the resort, please reference Continuing Education Company and Code CEC to receive the group rate. Please inquire about any additional resort fees, early departure fees or cancellation penalties when making reservations. The Resort requires a deposit equal to the first night stay plus tax to hold the reservation. Any room cancellations or modifications must be made up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.
