Dear friends and colleagues,

On the behalf of the scientific and organizing committees, we are greatly honored to invite you to the third international congress of Immunology, Asthma and Allergy in Iran (ICIAAI).

The congress is organized jointly by Immunology, Asthma & Allergy Research Institute (IAARI), Iranian Society of Asthma & Allergy (ISAA) and with the cooperation of UNESCO Chair in Health Education and other national and international outstanding scientific institutes and societies. This event takes place on 15-17 February 2017 in Tehran, Iran.

There has been rapid and significant progress in different fields of science and technology. Chief among them is rapid growth of scientific production in Iran in different fields of medicine particularly in Immunology, Asthma and Allergy. It has also led to considerable improvement in the fields of prevention, diagnosis, control and treatment of diseases.

Nevertheless, there has been a rising trend in prevalence of chronic and non-communicable diseases in recent years specially increase in prevalence of respiratory diseases like asthma and allergy in developing countries. On the other hand new methods for early diagnosis and treatment of rare immune based diseases have recently appeared. The above mentioned points necessitate scientific gathering events in which the scientists and researchers could communicate and present scientific researches and a great wealth of experience, in order to play a part in improving the level of health and the quality of human life.

In the upcoming congress (ICIAAI 2017), diagnosis and new therapies for asthma, allergic disease and immune deficiencies will be discussed and brainstormed in addition to the main pillar of the congress which is the effective role of Interdisciplinary Approach in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Presence of national and international scientists and researchers in these fields is a golden opportunity for all physicians, nurses and students in different fields of basic and clinical sciences, to learn about the latest scientific achievements and also to gain further experience by participating in educational workshops.

Apart from the excellent scientific programs, this congress will give participants a wonderful chance to get acquainted with national and international colleagues as well as visiting historical and cultural places of Iran which is one of the prominent centers of Human culture and civilization.
