3rd Congress on Steroid Research

Dear Colleagues,

Following very successful previous meetings in 2011 and 2013, I am delighted to invite you to the 3rd Congress on Steroid Research, which will be held at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Chicago, USA, between November 15-18, 2015.

We will address state-of-the-art approaches in the molecular basis of steroid-related common human diseases, with sessions on cancer, menopause, Vitamin D, inflammation and steroid profiling. The meeting will reflect the interdisciplinary nature of steroid research, involving aspects of analytics, chemistry, biology, medicine, bioinformatics and drug discovery.

There will be ample time to enjoy 2 keynote lectures, 16 plenary lectures, 24 short oral presentations (chosen from the abstract submissions) and interactive poster discussions during the coffee sessions.

Submission Info

Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.

Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.

All authors who register for the conference may have their article considered for publication in an Elsevier journal. Acceptance of a paper for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for journal publication.

Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be included within the online abstract system which will be distributed to all registered conference participants. Authors will also be given the opportunity to upload their presentation (poster file or oral presentation) to be made available to participants via a secure online system and/or the conference app.

When submitting their abstract authors will be asked to indicate if they are willing for their abstract, if accepted, to be included in the conference app. The app will be available via i-Tunes and Android App stores and available to conference and non-conference participants.

For revisions or queries regarding papers already submitted

If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication.
