On behalf of ESAG, I would like to welcome all of you attending ESAG 3rd World Congress, taking place in London on the 27th, 28th and 29th of April, 2018.

Cosmetic / Aesthetic Gynecology is an extremely fast-growing sector and those who are interested in coming into touch with it, are well aware that ESAG’s Congress attracts the attention of several professionals from various backgrounds and specialties. I am a gynecologist from Poland specialised in Aesthetic Gynecology and Aesthetic Medicine as well. I am instructor in the treatment of gynecological problems with hyaluronic acid filler and PRP. I am a member of Polish Society of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Gynecology.

John R. Miklos

Dr. John R. Miklos is an internationally recognized board certified urogynecologist who is internationally recognized as an expert in Laparoscopic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery. Dr. Miklos has completed 3 fellowships including: female pelvic medicine and reconstructive vaginal surgery /urogynecology (2 years), laparoscopic surgery (2 years), and cosmetic vaginal surgery (1 year) the last under the tutelage of the world famous Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr David Matlock in Beverly Hills. Obstetrician and gynecologist with over twenty years of experience. She attended Medical School at the Central University of Venezuela, where she also did her residency. In the last five years, through innovative techniques and minimally invasive surgery, she has worked on Reconstructive,Regenerative and Aesthetic Gynecology for the recovery of the genital female function and the female sexual health.

She has received training in the area of Regenerative Medicine applied to gynecology and in gynecological reconstructive surgery in Germany, and Spain where she is currently an OB GYN. She is certified by Proteal ( Bioregenerative Solutions ) as a specialist in PRP for gynecology ( July 2016 ) and under the direction of Dr. Alexander Bader (ESAG), she received the Master’s Certification Course On Female Genital Cosmetic/ Aesthetic Surgery & Non Invasive Rejuvenation ( October de 2016 ).

She is the co-founder of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the San Rafael Hospital (Madrid), which opened in September of 2011. In a very short period of time, this pioneering Department became a leader in women’s reproductive health in Spain. In 2015, she founded and coordinated the “Ginecoestética y Cirugía Íntima” unite at this same hospital, which is one of the first one of this kind in the country. In addition,in July 2015 she created the Sociedad Española de Ginecoestética y Cirugía Íntima ( SEGECI ), which she presides.

Laurent Benadiba

Dr Benadiba is famous plastic surgeon in Paris near Champs - Elysées in the oldest Cosmetic clinic in France. He is a Professor and the founder of two diplomas and especially of the first diploma in genital cosmetic surgery for men and women in France. He is a trainer in cosmetic facial and genital procedures since 2010.

Marco Pelosi II

Marco A. Pelosi graduated in obstetrics and gynecology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Medical School where he also completed a fellowship in OB/GYN oncology. He has been in private practice since 1975, being initially certified in the field of OB/GYN in 1974 and recertified several times since then. Dr. Pelosi's extensive writing on topics related to his specialty includes over 165 published articles and contributions to several textbooks. In addition to lecturing frequently at both the national and international levels, he also performs live surgical demonstrations and presents videos and scientific exhibits, a number of which have earned awards: he is a four-time Golden Laparoscope Award winner for World’s Best Surgical Video (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists).

Marco Pelosi III

Dr Pelosi III is a nationally and internationally recognized educator and innovator in minimally-invasive laparoscopic surgery, pelvic surgery, vaginal surgery and cosmetic surgery. He is the youngest Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the history of the International College of Surgeons, a Founding Member of the elite One-Kilo Club and a four-time recipient of the AAGL’s highest honor, the Golden Laparoscope Award. He is a core member of the American College of Obstetricans and Gynecologists Cosmetic Surgery Task Force and is one of the two founders of the International Society of Cosmetogynecology Dr. Pelosi III has published numerous scientific articles and delivered numerous presentations throughout the United States, Europe, South America and the Pacific related to surgical technologies and techniques. He is consulted frequently by major specialty societies and surgical technology development teams for his insights and experience.

Maria Papadopoulou

Dr. Maria Papadopoulou was admitted in the Medical School of Athens University, where she graduated with her degree. Her rural service was at the Health Center of Plomari, in Lesvos. A prototype health centre using telemedicine systems and innovative methods for that time. While at the centre she deepen her medical knowledge and cultivated her love for patients both at a practical as well as a moral level. She proceeded to gain the specialty of Obstetrician – Gynaecologist following the advice of the late Professor of Gynaecology Mr. Aravantinos, who discerned her ability both as a surgeon as well as her in depth knowledge - receiving from him a reference letter for outstanding performance in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her specialization started in the 4th Surgical University Clinic of the University of Athens. There she laid the foundations for the practice of the surgical art which is necessary for the proper practice of Obstetrics - Gynaecology. Following that she joined the Peripheral Hospital of Rethymno where she gained numerous experiences from the practice of Obstetrics. Her specialty was completed in “Elena Venizelos” Maternity Hospital, which is the biggest Maternity Hospital in the Balkans. she gained the title of Obstetrician – Gynaecologist from the University of Athens and I even managed to achieve the top mark in 2007. Always being a restless spirit for knowledge she then went to India, in New Delhi, where she was trained in laparoscopic surgery and hysteroscopy. She Also completed successfully her postgraduate studies in Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy, She gained this specialty after an examination and certification from the Hellenic Society of Colposcopy and Cervix Pathology. Dr. Maria Papadopoulou also holds the title of Sinologist which she gained after completing her postgraduate program, lasting 2 years, at the Sιnologic Hellenic Society and now she is an elected member of the board. Finally, I am certified from the Hellenic Society of Prenatal Ultrasound for conducting ultrasound examination in the first trimester. Dr. Maria Papadopoulou love for her specialty pushes her every day to search new technologies and trends in medicine: The next step is the title of Anti-ageing Specialist from the American Anti Ageing Academy. The global trend in medicine is now prevention. With the vast knowledge she gained from the Academy, I believe that I will be able to offer tremendous help to the women who suffer from the lack of hormones that make their everyday life difficult. Since 2008 she is the Director of the Gynaecological Department of “Mediterraneo Hospital”. She collaborates with the Rea Maternity Hospital, from the beginning of its operation, whereas before she was on Mitera Maternity Hospital.

Malcolm D. Paul

Malcolm D. Paul, M.D., FACS received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Maryland. He had General Surgery training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and General and Plastic Surgery training at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Past-president and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Past-President of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He has served as Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also served as National Secretary representing the United States for The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Currently, he holds the title of Clinical Professor of Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at The University of California, Irvine. He also served as Co-director of the Residency training program in Cosmetic Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and directed the Cosmetic Surgery rotation at The Newport Beach Surgery Center. He has written numerous articles and book chapters in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and has been a Traveling Professor for The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. His areas of interest are in facial aesthetic plastic surgery as well as aesthetic breast surgery and body contouring procedures.

Perry Tomasseti

Perry joined Viveve in August 2016 as Vice President of New Technologies and was promoted to his current position in April 2017. He brings more than 25 years of experience in upstream marketing and medical product development at companies ranging from small medical device start-ups to mature, multi-national corporations. A speaker on advanced aesthetic technologies at meetings and international trade events, Perry has developed and launched products and supported market development in more than 50 countries around the world. Prior to joining Viveve, he served in various leadership and executive management roles including: Vice President of Products for Medical Aesthetics at Syneron Candela, where he was responsible for a $140M/year portfolio of laser based systems for medical aesthetics including the treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions, fractional facial resurfacing, hair removal and high-power laser tattoo removal. He served as General Manager of Marketing for ONI Medical Systems, a start-up with a premium performance MRI scanner before it was acquired by G.E. Medical Systems in 2009 and was the Director of Marketing for iCAD, Inc. a maker of women’s health – breast cancer detection systems and a Senior Product Manager at Hologic, Inc., a broad-based women’s health and imaging company.

After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Perry did Graduate Research in the Department of Surgery at the University of Illinois Medical School. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Massachusetts, is an AIPMM Certified Product Manager and has a number US patents, both granted and pending, for developments in the medical device space.

Philippe Garcia

Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery, specialist of the face and neck, Doctor Philippe Garcia is also a specialist in aesthetic medicine. Piotr Kolczewski

Currently he is a vice president of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology.

Rafal Kuzlik

Rafal Kuzlik MD, PhD, specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. Plastic and reconstrative gynecologist with over twenty years of professional experience. He is endoscopist and oncological surgeon. Red Alinsod

Red alinsod completed medical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1990. He served a 12-year Air Force career with 4 active duty years at George and Nellis Air Force Bases. Now in solo private practice, Red has built a large and successful urogynecology, pelvic reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic vaginal surgery following. He is the Director for South Coast Urogynecology and the founder of The Alinsod Institute for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery. Dr. Alinsod's International teaching program is the first of it's kind to combine both pelvic reconstructive and aesthetic principles together. He has trained doctors and has presented his technique worldwide. He Chairs the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecology. Robert D. Moore

Dr. Robert D. Moore is an internationally recognized Laparoscopic and Vaginal Reconstructive Surgeon who has operated on patients from all over the United States and the world and was one of the FIRST Board-Certified Urogynecologists (Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery) in the United States. He is widely known throughout the world for his pioneering techniques in minimally invasive vaginal reconstructive surgery and more recently in the field of sexual medicine and aesthetic vaginal surgery. Dr Moore completed 3 Fellowships following 4 years of Residency training in Ob/Gyn Surgery including: 1) Advanced Radical Pelvic Surgery and Gyn Oncology (2 yrs), 2) Laparoscopic Urogynecology and Reconstructive Vaginal Surgery and 3) Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery (1yr) the last under the tutelage of the world famous Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr David Matlock in Beverly Hills. Robin A. Murphy

Professor Robin A. Murphy is the Experimental Psychology Fellow at Corpus Christi College Oxford and Associate Professor in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford. Dr. Murphy leads the Computational Psychopathology Centre at Oxford. This group publishes papers in journals and books including Science and Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience on research at the interface between neuroscience, psychology and clinical diagnosis. He is on the editorial board of American Psychological Associations’s Journal of Experimental Psychology: Animal Behavior Processes and is Associate Editor for the Psychonomic Society's Learning & Behavior. His recent 2016 book The Wiley Handbook on the Cognitive Neuroscience of Learning is aimed at the advanced student to provide a state of the art in the area. He is involved in the search for an Alzheimer’s treatment (NeuroBio, UK) and with developing tools for the use of Social Analytics for psychological investment and the support of mental health (Garantier, UK).
