Dear Friends and Colleagues, 

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 3rd World Congress on Controversies in Hematology (COHEM) which will take place in Istanbul, Turkey on September 11-13, 2014. 

Following the success of the 1st and 2nd COHEM Congresses, which attracted almost 1,000 participants collectively from more than 60 countries, the 3rd COHEM Congress will continue the unique and successful debate format of the previous Congresses. 

The 3rd COHEM Congress will share up-to-date information and provide a unique opportunity for world class leaders in the field to debate vital and contentious issues in Hematology. This thought-provoking academic dialogue will address the most challenging current clinical and technological questions. 

By allocating substantial time for discussions following each debate, audience members are encouraged to take a pro-active role in this academic dialogue. These stimulating debates will provide clinicians with state-of-the-art recommendations regarding patient care. 

We invite you to attend the 3rd COHEM Congress in Istanbul and to take an active role in this innovative and interactive experience.

Abstracts for the Congress:
Participants who wish to give a presentation at the Congress are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts will be accepted and scheduled as poster presentations only.
The Committee reserves the right to select the relevant abstracts.
Abstracts will be included in the program only on receipt of registration fees in full.

About Abstract Submission:
While submitting your abstract, please be sure to follow the directions carefully and include all required details.
Please note: Abstracts cannot exceed 250 words and cannot include tables and graphs.
Please note: You can edit the submission until the deadline for abstract submission on June 30, 2014. You cannot edit your submission past this deadline. 
Each abstract presenting author can only present up to two abstracts at the COHEM Congress.
Please contact the Congress Secretariat at cohem@comtecmed.com mentioning your name and abstract serial number with any questions.

Prior to submission, we suggest that you use ‘spell check' within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid spelling errors
Abstracts submitted later than the abstract submission deadline will not be reviewed and/or accepted to the congress.
