The St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel Information

To make reservations by phone, please call 1-800-722-1543. Please make sure you mention the WTSA Annual Meeting to receive the group rate. It is possible the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the WTSA will fill before the published hotel cutoff date of Saturday, May 24, 2014; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

The group rate is available up to 3 days prior to the start of the room block (as early as Saturday, June 21, 2014) and 3 days after the meeting (Tuesday, July 1, 2014) based on availability. If you are not finding availability online for dates of an extended reservation, please call the hotel directly for assistance. (See important information under “Hotel Reservation Deposit/Prepayment” regarding reservations that include a pre- and/or post-stay.)

The following group room rates (European plan—no meals included) are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, fees, and assessments:
