Hey everyone, the Dunedin Conference Committee is so excited to be hosting the 43rd Annual Conference of the Perioperative Nurses College of NZNO to be held in our beautiful city Dunedin On 27th -29th Of October.

We promise an exciting line up of presenters and breakout sessions designed to encourage our delegates to achieve personal & professional goals.  The focus will be on providing the fertilizer for individuals to grow and blossom within the multigenerational Perioperative environment therefore cultivating professional success and personal satisfaction.

Dunedin is located on the South East coast of the South Island. It is a city nestled in tree-clad hills at the head of a spectacular harbour. Dunedin is the main centre of and the gateway to the Otago region. Population – 123,000 (student population 25,000). Dunedin is New Zealand largest city by area and arguably the most spectacular in terms of contrasting landscapes

TreesDunedin has so many amazing attractions.  Walk up Baldwin Street the steepest street in the world! Or

visit Larnach Castle the only castle in New Zealand.  New Zealand’s first authentic Chinese Garden – only the third outside of China and the first in the Southern Hemisphere – is found in Dunedin. There are beautiful beaches, great cafes and amazing wildlife walks to experience all in our little old city.

The 2Dunedin Town Hall and Municipal Chambers016 committee has planned the conference around Dunedin’s city centre not only for your convenience but also because there is so much packed in to see and do within this small area.

There is a wide variety of accommodation to suit all budgets available within walking distance of the conference venue. The Dunedin Centre is centrally located near the Octagon. It provides an impres

sive and modern conference facility with the use of the adjacent Town Hall auditorium for our trades exhibition.

The conference dinner will be held at Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The beautiful foyer in the heart of Dunedin’s heritage district will set the tone for a magnificent evening. We promise to provide you a night of great food, great music, and of course a fun-filled Settlers MuseumPercy challenge.
