Event Overview
Welcome message:

Under the leadership of Margaret Foti, PhD, MD (h.c.), CEO of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), and Fred R. Hirsch, MD, PhD, CEO of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC), we are thrilled to join in our fourth international conference on lung cancer research and treatment. The translational science featured at this conference will include basic research foundation at the bench to patient care in the clinic.  This conference has historically joined a diverse group of attendees (physicians, patient advocates, and scientists in basic, translational, and clinical lung cancer research) and provided a venue to discuss recent advances and establish new collaborations. This conference is not only a dynamic collaboration of the AACR and the IASLC, two organizations committed to the study of cancer, but also a dynamic collaboration of the many individuals charged with the study and treatment of this disease.

Plenary Session Topics include:

 Immunotherapy

Drug Resistance

Early Detection and Prevention

KRAS Mutant Cancer

Small Cell Lung Cancer

Novel Targets and Pathways

Only those abstracts that have been reviewed and selected by the Conference Chairpersons may be presented. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at meetings@aacr.org.

Presentation and Publication

Abstracts selected for presentation during the conference will be printed in the Conference Proceedings from submitted material. Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with AACR style. Abstract titles and authors will be posted on the AACR website before the conference begins (only titles and authors; no data will be posted online before or after the conference).
