We are accepting abstracts for posters on research and new concepts in robotic and laparoscopic surgery topics through Friday, January 29, 2016. 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please review the guidelines for submitting abstracts. Once you have reviewed the detailed guidelines, be sure to complete the Submission Form. 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please email your abstract for consideration to JulieZ@BaptistHealth.net by January 29. Abstract notification of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author February 15 to the email on the submission form.

NOTE: All authors/presenters are required to complete a Faculty Agreement Form and a Faculty Disclosure Form. No content author may be an employee of a commercial interest.

Completed abstracts must be received by the Baptist Health CME Department by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 29.

On behalf of the workshop director and the Baptist Health Continuing Medical Education Department,

Exhibitors will be provided with a standard-size booth space in the exhibit hall, which is separate from the workshop sessions. Each company is entitled to continental breakfast for two people on Thursday-Saturday. The exhibit fee of $2,500 will be used solely for display/exhibit purposes.
