These rates are subject to the prevailing Hawaii State General Excise and Room Occupancy taxes, currently at a combined rate of 13.4166% (subject to change).

The maximum occupancy allowed in a guestroom is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. Rates are based on double occupancy. The third adult (18 years or over) charge is $75.00 plus applicable taxes, per night.

Special bedding requests are subject to availability. The maximum is two (2) beds per room and rollaway beds are available in King Bedded rooms only. Rollaway Beds may be subject to a daily charge of $65.00 plus applicable taxes.

Deadline for room reservations (not conference registration) is June 26, 2014.  We recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible. 

When you call the resort, please reference 5th ANNUAL ESSENTIALS IN PRIMARY CARE 2014 or Continuing Education Company to receive the Group rate. Please inquire about any additional resort fees, early departure fees or cancellation penalties when making reservations. The Resort requires a deposit equal to two night’s stay to hold the reservation. Any room cancellations or modifications must be made up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.

For early departure after a guest has checked in, a fee equivalent to the number of lost nights will be the responsibility of the individual guest to pay prior to departing the hotel. For guests with confirmed reservations that are no show, a fee equivalent to the number of lost nights will be charged to the credit card on file.
