The congress features a specific theme, which is the relationship between human rights and mental health of deaf people.
We invite delegates from all countries who have an interest in the subject and the theme. We believe that the stronger the representation, the more likely it will be that the conference will be able to influence policy-makers and help to improve lives. We will provide interpreters for British Sign Language, Irish Sign Language and International Sign Language, as well as Speech to Text Report. The official spoken and written language of the Congress will be English.
Delegates who are interested in presenting should submit a title and an abstract of not more than 300 words through this website (available shortly). They will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and the papers most highly rated by the committee will be chosen for presentation at the conference.
