Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organising Committee I wish to extend to you a warm southern welcome to the 71st Annual General and Scientific Meeting of the New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, to be held at the Rydges Hotel, Queenstown, from 16-19 October 2018.
We welcome our international keynote speakers; Mr Brian Bingham (current President of ENTUK and former chairman of the Board of Examiners of Great Britain and Ireland in ORL Head and Neck Surgery), Prof Shan Baker (Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon) and Prof Stuart MacKay. We will present an enjoyable and informative academic programme with relevance to ORL Head and Neck practise in New Zealand. There will be something for everyone at every level. An extensive trade display will be available and we encourage you to support all of our sponsors who have assisted with this meeting. Poster presentations will be on show for your perusal during the meeting period.
The NZ Society Meeting is an enjoyable meeting. Quality academic advancement in ORL is conjoined with social networking with our national colleagues and international guests to create a unique and intimate meeting. What better place for us to enjoy such a gathering than Queenstown, NZ. A town renowned for its outdoor adventure activities and tourism. Queenstown has become a vibrant and rapidly expanding town. An exciting social programme will be arranged catering for most, whether seeking adrenaline fuelled or more leisurely activities.
