CLIMATE
The month of May in Athens sees spring in full gear, along with the first signs of the summer heat. The average temperature this month is 20°C (68°F), while the average low is just 15°C (59°F), and the average high rises to 24°C (75°F). The middle of the month sees even more sunny days, no chance of rain, and an increase in the average daily temperature to 20°C (68°F).
LANGUAGE
The official Language of the conference is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
CURRENCY
The official currency is the Greece Euro (EUR) Exchange rates for foreign currencies are published daily. Check website www.xe.com

REGISTRATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to Registration@nutrition-me.org .
- For a full refund of the registration fee (less a $50 administrative fee), cancellation requests must be received by Dec. 30, 2017.
- Cancellation requests received between Jan. 1, 2018 and Jan. 15, 2018 will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellation requests received after Jan 15, 2018 will not receive a refund of the registration fee.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation
