Dear colleagues

At the north of Mexico lives a millenary tribe called Tarahumaras or Raramuri. This tribe has a distinctive way to interpret the world, which is based on the search of infinity inside one person and his immediate context. They wait and look for new universes until they have profoundly explored their own. This is why they are known for walking long periods of time the same territory.

It would be plausible to asset that neuroendoscopic experts should be acquainted with this culture. We must share the understanding and love for explorations of new territories, in our case, millimetric ones, where the possibilities are endless. These territories may look alike but they still have countless information to reveal about the human brain. As members of the International Federation of Neuroendoscopy, we must ensure to answer back all the questions generated by the desire of knowledge.

As a consequence, the Mexican Society of Neurological Surgery has the pleasure of taking the challenge of organizing the VII World Congress of Neuroendoscopy. The main purpose of this event is not only to show the development achieved in the last years but also to strengthen professional and fraternal relationships amongst the members of our organization. The organizers are aware of the importance of continuing irrigating our contact in order to feed the communicating vessels that boost our society growth.

Finally, I invite you to enjoy our program that includes well- known specialists on neuroendoscopy. As if this were not enough, the event will take place at Puerto Vallarta, a beautiful and friendly city located at the northwest part México. In here, you will have an enriching cultural and gastronomic experience. So, let’s be part of this outstanding event.
