A&E Survival Course for Doctors & Enps
Welcome to radiology-courses.com, the website for the distinctive radiology teaching courses that are provided in London by Drs Simon Morley, Lol Berman and Gerald de Lacey.
Our teaching approach is based on an interactive format with each registrant analysing sets of images at a workstation. Powerpoint lectures are kept short and brief. Rather, the priority is placed on the tutorial sessions which reinforce the learning acquired during workstation interpretation and diagnosis.
Each one-day course is based on the registrants viewing cases at workstations. The emphasis is on this analysis of the radiographs followed by explanatory tutorials. Powerpoint lectures are very brief or eliminated entirely. To and fro' discussion with the teachers is promoted.
Several courses are constructed specifically for FY2 Doctors and Emergency Nurse Practitioners working in the Emergency Department, and/or doctors working on medical or surgical wards.
Some courses are specially constucted so as to meet the needs of Radiology Specialist Registrars.
Other courses are designed in order to meet the needs of Radiographers - ie those operating the Red Dot Alert system or working as Reporting Radiographers.
Many courses are suitable for Consultants working in Radiology and/or for Consultants in disciplines where the radiological findings are crucial to diagnosis and management.
All of our courses have been awarded CPD credits by the Royal College of Radiologists.
