To receive the negotiated group rate, you must make your reservations through the APhA Hotel Reservation Office. Make your reservations early to ensure space at the hotel of your choice. The deadline for guaranteed rates is Friday, February 4. Rates shown do not include the occupancy tax (15.5%, subject to change). Parking fees are also subject to change. Faxed Hotel Reservation Forms will be accepted when payment is made by a valid credit card.

Room Deposit Policy
All reservation requests for rooms and suites require a one night's lodging plus tax per room deposit (varies by hotel). Reservations cannot be processed without a deposit. Your credit card will be charged the deposit amount immediately. The deposit will appear on the hotel room account at check-in. Payment may be made by a major credit card or check drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to the APhA Housing Office. American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable for deposits. Credit card charges may not be charged to another card after the initial charge has been processed. Note that all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Purchase orders cannot be accepted for deposits.
Pharmacy Today, JAPhA, and Student Pharmacist will be distributed at APhA2016. Pharmacy Today APhA2016 Edition, the official APhA2016 publication, is distributed to meeting attendees and posted online in Pharmacy Today's digital reader. Exhibitors at APhA2016 can achieve high-targeted exposure at low advertising page rates.
