The venue for both Meetings is the Adelaide Convention Centre which forms part of the business and entertainment precinct known as the Adelaide Plaza. Situated on the banks of the River Torrens, the Adelaide Plaza also includes the Adelaide Casino, Intercontinental Adelaide and the Adelaide Festival Centre. A comprehensive range of accommodation is available just a few minutes walk from the Plaza.
The halls of the Convention Centre comprise over 6,800 square meters of pillarless and carpeted flat floor space with a ceiling height of 10.5m. There is direct road access to the Centre with 3 drive-in ramps into the exhibition areas.

The Organising Committee for the HAA 2015 Meeting is pleased to invite abstract submissions for this years Meeting in Adelaide. Please review the guidelines and information below, all abstracts should be submitted via the online form.
Guidelines
Abstracts should be typed into this template and saved on your computer for later reference.
The filename of the Word document should contain alpha/numeric characters only with no spaces.
The abstract title should be in sentence case.
The abstract should be typed in Arial font, size 11pt.
The abstract text should be limited to 300 words.
The Committee suggests that the abstract follow the format outlined below.
Aim
State concisely why the study was conducted
Method
Indicate the locale, sample number, principal test(s) performed, and the types of statistical analysis employed
Result
Confirm or refute the hypothesis, supported by statistics if appropriate
Conclusion
State the effect of the study on future patient management or the understanding of basi processes
Tables and figures can be included but the abstract must be laid out as specified and must not exceed one page.
Only use standard abbreviations or define them in full.
Abstracts that include tables, graphs, other images or symbols should be checked once the abstract has been uploaded to ensure that these elements have transferred correctly to PDF format.
Do not include author details (neither names not affiliations) on the abstract document. You will enter these into the online form.
Paragraphs must be separated by an empty line and must be left justified. Do not indent the first line of a paragraph.
Accuracy is the responsibility of the author - please ensure that you proof read your document carefully.

After completing the online form, you will be prompted to 'Upload new or revised abstract'. Select 'Browse' to locate the abstract file on your computer. Select 'Upload Abstract'
