The scientific program will be granted CME Credits by the UAE Ministry of Health and all participants of the Congress will be granted these credits, though units credited to each participant will depend on the requirement of the dentist’s country of practice.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the 36th Asia Pacific Dental Congress 2014 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The event will be hosted at the Dubai World Trade Center at the heart of Dubai and will span over 3 days from the 17th to the 19th of June 2014.
It is the first time, since its inception in 1955, that the Asia Pacific Dental Federation brings its annual congress to the Middle East, and Dubai is all geared up to make this event a memorable one. With its world renowned infrastructures, established presence as a favorite travel destination and superior architectural landmarks, Dubai offers a unique experience of combined business and pleasure.
Throughout its long history, the Asia Pacific Dental Congress has always been a platform for the exchange of views on current issues relevant to the practice and knowledge of dentistry. The commitment of the congress to offer high quality continued dental education at an affordable cost is unequivocal. Keynote speakers have been invited to present and share their knowledge and expertise with us in the various fields of dentistry. Alongside the scientific program, an international trade exhibition will showcase the latest trends and technologies in dental sciences.
At the end of a very busy day, one can treat himself to one of Dubai’s countless restaurants or enjoy shopping at one of Dubai’s fabulous malls. From Burj Khalifa, the world tallest architectural landmark, to the underwaters of the Atlantis city, gazing through the dancing fountains of Dubai mall, Dubai is truly a lifetime experience.
