It gives me great pleasure and honor to announce that Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) Congress 2018 will be organized by Taiwan Society of Cardiology (TSOC) in Taiwan from May 17 to 20, 2018.


APSC Congress series stand for top-notch scientific program in the field of cardiovascular medicine. Every two years, outstanding physicians and scientists gather at the Congress to release their advanced research and share best practices. Starting from 2018, this remarkable gathering will take place once a year. Taiwan is proud to be the first host of this new era of APSC Congress, recognizing the important contribution that Asia-Pacific region can make for the world in the field of cardiology.


To fully acknowledge the gravity of this change, we have arranged an enriching and diverse scientific program. In addition to plenary lectures, symposia, live demonstration and seminars, we also cooperate with societies in rest of the medical fields and host joint-sessions, accentuating a holistic view of cardiology, and to have a broader scale in fighting for cardiovascular disease. Expected attendees from Asian Pacific Regions will be more than 3,500, including physicians, scientists, and allied health care specialists, to take part in this eminent program.

lNotification of Abstract Audit Result: 23:59, February 27, 2018 (GMT+8)

lPresenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment prior to 23:59, March 27, 2018 (GMT+8), in order to be included in the program of APSC 2018.

 

Abstract Instruction

lAbstract can be submitted only in English.

lThe maximum length of Abstract Title is 30 words.

lCapitalization of Initial Letters in Abstract Title.

lThe maximum length of Abstract is 300 words.

lThe number of authors should not exceed 10.

lThe number of figures uploading should not exceed 2.

lAbstract can be cut and pasted from your manuscript, but be mindful of special symbols and word limit.

 

Summary of the Submission

lThe abstracts can be revised online; however, after the submission deadline, authors cannot make changes to the submitted abstracts.

lAbstract Audit Result will be sent via an email.

lEach registrant can present or represent up to 2 accepted abstracts.

lAll information in the abstract submission, including authors’ names, affiliations, authors order of listing, and the content of abstract, will be used in the congress publications.

lThe contributor carries legal obligations of the abstract; any violation to a third party’s right will be the responsibility of the contributor him/herself.

lAPSC 2018 has the copyright to use the abstract in the congress for scientific purposes without any prior notice to the contributor/authors.
