A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at The Ritz-Carlton, Beach Resort, Naples, for meeting registrants only at a discounted rate of $475. To receive the room rate negotiated for the meeting, please be sure to register before attempting to reserve your room. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a 7 digit code you will need to secure your room reservation at the preferred rate.

Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to make your reservations by calling 1-877-590-8187 or visiting Clinical Symposia Hotel Reservations. Once you have registered and received the 7 digit code, please remember the hotel is able to provide no more than one room per registrant.

Discounted room rates are in effect through December 22, 2017, based on availability. A deposit for the first and last night of your stay is required to secure your reservation. Room confirmation will be sent directly from the hotel.

Please note: At this time, each confirmed conference attendee is limited to one sleeping room at the deeply discounted group rate to accommodate meeting participants who wish to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Beach Resort. Additional rooms will be at the current nightly rates offered through the hotel (not the group rate).

Further Details:
All hotel reservation cancellations and changes must be submitted directly to the hotel. Cancellations received after December 22, 2017 will result in forfeiture of the two night deposit. No-shows will be charged the contracted rate for all reserved nights.
