All hotel reservations must be made through onPeak, DDW’s housing provider, as hotels cannot take direct reservations. For questions, please email ddw@onpeak.com.


Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the convention center and most DDW hotels. The shuttle map will be available in 2019.

Abstracts accepted by AASLD, AGA and SSAT were published in the May 2018 supplement of Gastroenterology. Abstracts accepted for publication by ASGE were published in the May 2018 supplement of GIE: Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.


DDW Abstract Advertising Policy

The following policy was adopted to clarify DDW’s rules and expectations for advertisements and reprints of DDW abstracts distributed prior to DDW 2019. Submit your sample document for approval to DDW Administration. DDW will approve or deny advertisement based on the guidelines below. Copies of both approved and denied advertisements will be sent to the individual societies.


All pieces must include the following boilerplate DDW, dates of meeting, location and final presentation number:

Presented at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2019 in San Diego, CA. More information can be found at www.ddw.org.

All pieces must include society reference (exception: ASGE), date and time of presentation/session and final presentation number.

All pieces must include the following statement: [COMPANY NAME] did not provide financial support for the following scientific sessions and did not influence the content in any way. However, research presented within these scientific sessions may have been supported by [COMPANY NAME].

All pieces may reference the specific society an abstract/session is associated with if the advertisement uses generic terms only, and does not include or promote any specific products or devices.

All pieces (ads, banners, pre-mailers, abstract books and booth flyers/giveaways) must be submitted to DDW Administration for review and approval. Ads may not be changed once they have been approved by DDW Administration. Submit your sample document for approval to DDW Administration by email.

Completion of the DDW® Exhibit Application and electronic signature by an authorized company representative binds the exhibiting company, their representatives and hired vendors to the following policies. DDW reserves the right to alter or adjust these policies at any time without notice. Last revision date: November 2018


The exhibiting company agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies. The signer of the contract also agrees to share the rules, regulations, and policies with all representatives, appropriate third parties and booth staff working on-site at the event.


All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are at the discretion of DDW Administration. Show Management may amend these regulations at any time, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally binding on all parties affected by them as the original regulations.


All rules, regulations, and policies will be enforced without exception. Whenever possible, Show Management will issue a warning and ask the exhibitor to correct the violation. If the issuance of such a warning is not practical, or will not serve to immediately correct the violation, then a penalty may be imposed.


Policies are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified by the exhibitor newsletter of any changes to be made to DDW policies.

Display Rules and Regulations

All booths are equipped with:


44" x 7" two-line company identification sign indicating your company name and booth number (corner and in-line only)

8-foot draped back wall and a 3-foot draped side wall (corner and insides only).

Company listing in the DDW Mobile App and Online Planner

Company name and booth number on the DDW website.

Daily cleaning of aisles.

Opportunity reserve booth space for the following show based on priority points.

A roving security guard in the hall.

Unlimited complimentary exhibitor badges for booth personnel.

Every exhibit space should allow for the visibility of fellow exhibitors. To ensure that every exhibitor has reasonable sight lines to the aisle, the following rules for booth construction have been adopted.
