The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville, North Carolina is one of the American South’s oldest and most famous grand resorts.  Built in 1913 overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Inn is a favorite year-round destination.  Its splendid views, old world charm, peerless amenities, long tradition of exceptional service and hospitality make it a place to savor as one of the most enduringly original and exciting resorts in America.

Amenities include golf, tennis, two pools, sports complex, 18-station Paramount fitness center, shops, fine dining and children’s programs and the finest spa in North America with over 40,000 square feet dedicated to your relaxation.  Guest rooms in the Historic Main Inn are newly refurbished and contain original solid oak furnishings.  Guest rooms in the Sammons and Vanderbilt wings are more spacious than those in the historic Main Inn.  Additional features include CD stereo players, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, in-room safes, in-room pay movies, cable television, voice mail, dataports, and windows that open for fresh mountain air.  Both mountain view and property view rooms are available in both the contemporary wings and historic Main Inn.  The mountain view rooms face the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountain ranges with the golf course below and the city of Asheville in between.  The property view rooms overlook the spa or the front courtyard.

Hotel Reservations – Room rates are $369 (Run of House) per night single/double occupancy for Run of House rooms.  Upgraded rooms are available at $389 for Resort Rooms and $409 for Mountain View Rooms.  Current room tax is 11%.  Children under 16 stay free in room with parent or adult.  There is a $40 per person charge for third and fourth persons (over 16) sharing a room.  Nonsmoking and handicap accessible rooms are available.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  A $25 resort fee per room per night (taxable) includes toll free and local calling, in-room high-speed internet access, entrance to our fitness center, in-room coffee and tea, guided history tour of the Grove Park Inn and newspaper available upon request.  These items are subject to change

We suggest you make reservations early.  This is one of the most popular times of year in the Asheville/Blue Ridge Mountain area as the brilliant color of the changing leaves brings visitors from all over.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the dates of this meeting.  These rooms will be held until the block is full or until the cut-off date of Tuesday, September 18, 2018.  To make reservations call 1.800.438.5800 and reference Duke University Radiology.    Reservations can also be made online at www.groveparkinn.com.
