Patient Privacy /Clinical Photographs / Conflict of Interest
PHOTOGRAPHS should at all times protect the privacy and identity of the subject. Eyes should be blacked out. The source of the photographs must also be declared if not the property of the presenter. This is to prevent the use of photographic material without permission.
Conflict of Interest
A signed Declaration of Conflict of Interest form is required from all presenters at EADV academic meetings. It should include:
- Paid work by commercial organisations either directly or indirectly through an intermediary.
- Receipt / ownership of shares in commercial companies.
- Reimbursement of travelling, accommodation and hospitality expenses from commercial organisations.

Copyrights and Publication of Abstracts
Submission of an abstract implies that it has been approved by all listed authors.
The Scientific Programming Committee reserves the right to make the final decision concerning the form of presentation.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the official abstract CD ROM, which will be distributed during the Congress. The abstracts may also be published in the restricted member-only area of the EADV website. Submission of an abstract constitutes your consent to publication (e.g. Congress website, programmes, other promotional material, etc...)
Abstracts will be published as submitted. Errors will not be amended by the organisers. After the deadline date of 4 June 2014, it will no longer be possible to change or update the abstracts or authors.
