Submission Info

To publish in EPOSTM, an abstract for an electronic exhibit must be submitted.
Submissions must be made from July 5 - December 1, 2013 at 
www.myESR.org/epos_submission

Submissions are handled in monthly phases, meaning all submissions completed between the first and last day of each month will be reviewed and decided on at the beginning of the following month. Notification of decisions will be sent to submitting authors in the middle of the month after submission.

Do NOT submit the same abstract to EPOSTM and the abstract submission system for Oral Presentations (submission phase July-September 2013), as this will cause duplicate submissions and immediate rejection of the involved abstract(s).

Deadlines for ECR 2014
Abstracts for all posters to be presented at ECR 2014 must be submitted byDecember 1, 2013 (23:59 CET) at the latest, in order to be rated in time.
Posters to be presented at ECR 2014 will have to be uploaded by January 2, 2014 at the latest.
