EuroSpine Education Week is organized by EuroSpine and would be held during Jun 19 - 23, 2017 at Institut de Recherche contre les Cancers de l'Appareil Digestif / Institut de Research Institute against Digestive Cancer (IRCAD), Strasbourg, Alsace, France. The target audience for this medical event basically for Senior trainees and trained surgeons, who are planning a career in spinal surgery. 


Education Week is a program designed to deliver the 5 European Spine Course Diploma Modules during one week. The maximum number of courses that delegates can complete during the week is 3. Module 1 being a 1 day course and all other modules running over 2 days and include cadaveric practice for surgical techniques. 


The maximum number of attendees for each Module is 40 which allows for group discussion and small groups for hands on surgical practice in the CadLab. Once completed the 5 European Spine Course Diploma’s modules, the participant will be entitled to receive the “European Spine Course Diploma”. 


Learning Outcomes :

There is a need to provide young surgeons with a reference based, standardized curriculum in degenerative challenges, spinal deformities, trauma, tumours and inflammatory disease which will support them in their clinical practice. Through lectures, participants will have learning outcomes based on science that can be used in critical decision making.
